Customer Success Manager (f/m/d)

Your mission
  • You will work cross-functionally and partner with Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations to deliver outstanding customer experiences;
  • You will own the implementation and onboarding phase by managing dependencies (both technical and non-technical workstreams) and by coordinating with all relevant stakeholders; 
  • You will guide your customers on “What” and “How” to do based on our API documentation; 
  • You will manage customer expectations and become the customer advocate inside Banxware; 
  • You will ensure all customer requests are appropriately understood, prioritized, and addressed while maintaining sensitivity towards both customer success and impact to Banxware; 
  • You will anticipate customer needs and proactively mitigate risk throughout the customer life cycle and ultimately, you are positioning your accounts for growth; 
  • You will constantly analyze and work on improving customer value, by optimizing go-to-market strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and lifting product adoption; 
  • You will help build the foundation of the Customer Success department while having the autonomy to drive your own projects. Our Head of Customer Success will be there as an experienced sparring partner to give you advice and insights on best practices; 
  • You will be the number one go-to-person for our Head of Customer Success and your Sales colleagues – together, you ensure that our customers made the right choice to partner with Banxware. 
Your profile
  • Must-have: you are fluent in German and English (writing and speaking). Any additional language is a plus; 
  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree and has prior experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or a similar function, in a tech company or startup; 
  • You can speak with customers on a technical level and have worked with APIs before; 
  • You listen carefully, think strategically as well as tactically, and you are a strong problem solver, who anticipates problems before they arise; 
  • You bring strong presentation and project management skills, preferably from a SaaS-based environment; 
  • You like taking over responsibility and working collaboratively; 
  • You have a strong focus on customer value, and you are great at building trustful customer relationships; 
  • You are passionate about FinTech and Banxware’s mission to support the real economy - small and medium-sized businesses - with instant financing.

  • We are a remote-friendly company. Working from home with visits to the office works fine for us. We prefer you to be based in Berlin though
About us

Banxware is an early-stage FinTech startup led by a team of seasoned FinTech experts. We closed in 12 months a EUR 14m seed funding round and we are looking to grow our team. 

Banxware provides Embedded Lending for Platform Merchants and our software solution can be integrated into any digital platform. The financing application process takes only a few minutes and platform merchants can complete it within their known day2day environment: the platform or marketplace.

In addition, we have big plans for Banxware’s future: we want to become the European standard for Lending as a Service.
