Sales Manager (f/m/d)

Your mission
  • You will mostly work on exciting new leads from a wide variety of digital platforms. You help them to assess, if, why, and how Banxware is the right partner for a financial service offering to their platform customers
  • You will work closely with our founder Miriam and your colleagues from the Marketing & Sales department to constantly replenish and drive our Sales funnel
  • You will prepare meeting documents, pitch decks, commercial offers and present them to the clients. Once the situation allows you will attend top conferences to build strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • You will smoothly handover your deals to our Customer Success team and ensure a successful project kickoff with highly engaged and satisfied customers
Your profile
What will make you succeed:
  • Above all, we are looking for driven individuals who are hands-on and want to work in an early-stage FinTech environment: You take full ownership, find hands-on solutions, show great bias for action, and drive impactful results
  • You hold a valid work permit for Germany
  • You are skilled to negotiate commercial terms and manage the contract process from draft till signing
  • You have 2+ years of Sales experience and a relevant track record of personal selling and closing B2B solutions to companies
  • You can independently and consistently drive the sales process from engaging with new leads to qualifying prospects and handling deals to closure
  • You score additional points for experience in the industries of eCommerce, Payments, Financial Services/ Banking, or Software Providers
  • You have great analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Your fluency in both English and German is an absolute must-have
  • You show a great passion to work in a high-performance, fast-paced environment, where you can apply your knowledge and expertise while developing yourself

About us

Banxware is an early-stage FinTech startup led by a team of seasoned FinTech experts. We closed in 12 months a EUR 14m seed funding round and we are looking to grow our team. 

Banxware provides Embedded Lending for Platform Merchants and our software solution can be integrated into any digital platform. The financing application process takes only a few minutes and platform merchants can complete it within their known day2day environment: the platform or marketplace.

In addition, we have big plans for Banxware’s future: we want to become the European standard for Lending as a Service.
