Your mission
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Customer Operations Manager to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Customer Operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution across the entire customer lifecycle, from pre-application through to full loan repayment and everything in-between!
Customer Support:
Manage and resolve customer requests.
Help maintain and improve internal tools, templates, and processes to increase team efficiency
Be the voice of our customers towards our internal teams
Dunning and Payment Tasks:
Execute light dunning workflows (e.g., reminders, payment confirmations, follow-ups).
Track outstanding payments and escalate cases when necessary.
Ensure accurate data entry and documentation of dunning activities.
Process and System Improvements:
Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in operational workflows and propose improvements.
Help with testing and rollout of new tools or process automations.
