Your mission
We are looking for a Mid-/Senior Business Development Manager to drive the acquisition of new banking partners and scale Banxware’s Orchestration Layer. You will be responsible for identifying and approaching banks, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting the full lifecycle from first contact to signed agreements. This role combines strategic business development with hands-on execution and offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on Banxware’s growth.
Bank Partner Acquisition & Business Development
Identify, target, and engage with potential banking partners for Banxware’s Orchestration Layer.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities.
Lead or support the full cycle of negotiations, contracting, and closing deals.
Strategic Market Development
Work with leadership to refine Banxware’s approach to bank partnerships.
Develop tailored value propositions for different banking segments.
Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at banks and financial institutions.
Act as a trusted partner, aligning Banxware’s solutions with partner needs.
Ensure successful onboarding and long-term engagement with partners.
Collaboration & Reporting
Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Operations to ensure partner requirements are met.
Provide forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights to internal stakeholders.
Share best practices and contribute to a strong business development culture.
