Your mission
We’re looking for a hands-on CRM & Automation Expert to help evolve Banxware’s internal automation and customer engagement infrastructure. You’ll play a foundational role in enabling Marketing, Growth, and Operations teams to move faster and more effectively—through scalable systems, smart workflows, and structured data.
You’ll be the go-to person for our HubSpot and Make.com setup, helping us connect tools, reduce manual work, and trigger the right message to the right user at the right time. Whether it’s building a new lead routing logic, streamlining onboarding, or supporting a product launch with lifecycle flows, you’ll be at the center of making it all work.

Your responsibilities
- Own our CRM infrastructure, including HubSpot and Make.com, and ensure it’s reliable, scalable, and easy for internal teams to use
- Partner with Growth and Marketing to implement and optimize lead generation and growth mechanics
- Build automation workflows across CRM and third-party tools to support core business processes like lead capture, user onboarding, and partner operations
- Maintain clean, well-structured data pipelines between platforms (CRM, product, operations, data warehouse)
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to manage integrations and API-based automation use cases
- Develop clear documentation and train internal stakeholders on CRM tooling
- Monitor and continuously improve system performance, automation reliability, and compliance (including GDPR)
