Your mission
As the Chief of Staff at Banxware, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization’s growth and operational effectiveness. Acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team, you will ensure strategic decisions are executed swiftly and efficiently. You will coordinate critical projects, track organizational performance, manage investor relations, and monitor the progress of key initiatives, especially in Banxware’s international expansion efforts. This role is well-suited for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, exhibits strong leadership skills, and has a proven track record of orchestrating cross-functional teams.
Strategic Coordination & Execution
• Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to develop, refine, and implement corporate strategy, ensuring alignment across all functions.
• Track the progress of strategic initiatives and provide regular status updates to executive stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve roadblocks that may impede strategic goals or critical business outcomes.
Management & Meeting Coordination
• Coordinate and facilitate executive-level meetings, off-sites, and leadership forums, including agenda setting and follow-up on action items.
• Consolidate meeting documentation, ensure alignment of decisions, and create streamlined workflows for the executive team.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Oversee the development and implementation of performance metrics (OKRs/KPIs) across various teams to measure and drive operational efficiency.
• Provide transparent and data-driven reporting on performance, identifying trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
Investment & Investor Relations
• Coordinate equity and debt investment activities in close collaboration with the finance department amnd the CEO.
• Act as a primary liaison for current and potential investors, preparing regular updates, investment materials, and financial reports.
• Manage ongoing investor relations, ensuring timely communication of company progress, strategic milestones, and expansion plans.
Cross-Functional Project Management
• Lead critical projects and initiatives that span multiple departments, ensuring clear project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Foster collaboration and accountability across teams, resolving conflicts and facilitating effective communication.
Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the bridge between executive management and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring consistent and transparent communication.
• Identify and manage key dependencies and risks to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
