Your mission
  • Drive operational excellence : Ensure efficient, scalable, and compliant operations that deliver exceptional customer experiences and support business growth.
  • Foster a high-performing team: Lead our diverse operations team, providing guidance on best practices, tools, and methods. Prioritize sufficient time for sparring and feedback, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Process and structure: Establish efficient processes and structures to ensure that  the team can work effectively and make data-informed decisions.
  • Stakeholder management: Act as the primary point of contact for operations-related discussions with internal stakeholders, customers and business development partners. Earn and maintain trust across all levels of the organisation.
  • Customer Advocate: Understand and advocate for our customers within the organisation, using customer feedback and data to make strategic product decisions.
Your profile

What will make you succeed:

  • Proven experience as a Operations Leader, preferably in a post Series A fintech or software startup.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing process excellence and process improvements 
  • Excellent leadership skills, with an ability to inspire and guide teams, while also being a hands-on contributor.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to build trust with key stakeholders.
  • A track record of implementing efficient processes and structures in fast growing organisation 
  • Bonus: Strong knowledge of business lending, with an ability to understand and speak to our business specifics.
  • In this role, you will report directly to our Co-founder and COO Fabian Heiß
