Partnerships & Business Development Manager (all genders)

Your mission
  • You will support our Management Team to strategically assess business expansion opportunities and help us to decide on the most attractive areas of growth for Banxware — be it our geographical footprint, product-related extensions, or expansions into new customer segments
  • You will work on exciting new inbound requests from a wide variety of digital platforms. You help them to assess, if, why, and how Banxware is the right partner for a financial service offering to their platform customers
  • You will evaluate each new business opportunity, analyse the impact of each project, explore market potentials, and present your results to the team
  • You will prepare meeting documents, pitch decks, and term sheets, as well as detailed project and implementation plans, and present them to the clients
  • You will work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer to develop potential new product offerings
  • You will rigorously prioritise all ongoing projects and coordinate internal resources accordingly. By doing so you will ensure successful projects for clients as well as the best possible outcome for Banxware
Your profile
  • You take full ownership, find hands-on solutions, and drive impactful results
  • You have great communication and interpersonal skills
  • You do not shy away from understanding, analysing, and evaluating complex projects along with our business model: Mastering financial regulation, scoping solid technical solutions, or preparing sophisticated commercial deal structures does not scare you away, but poses interesting challenges to you
  • Your fluency in both English and German is an absolute must-have
  • Any other European Language is a plus
  • You are very comfortable working independently on assigned topics, but you also enjoy working in an agile team
